WHEN time for breaking the fast, certainly at the dinner table is presented lots of dishes, ranging from the sweet tea, iced fruit, dates, or heavy foods such as rice or noodles. Apparently when eating iftar meal should not eat a heavy meal immediately because organs would be shocked.

FIRST with warm drinks


When the azan maghrib arrived, there must be a desire to immediately eat a variety of types of food presented. Should hold the first and start break the fast with a warm drink. Hot tea or warm water is the most suitable drink to start the iftar.
 
Portions small and sweet


After thirsty treated with a warm drink, then you just may eat other food but small portions. Compote, fruit cake or ice could be an option. The sweet taste of the food will be quickly converted into energy that the body will be returned fresh and powerful. Should eat small portions before eating the main meal.
 
Eating large meals
